I had a very positive experience with Biancorosso Design. I find their service a truly useful and convenient option for those who want to furnish or renovate their home but don't have the time, skills, or simply the inclination to handle everything themselves. They help you define the style, choose the furnishings with you, and even handle orders and coordinate deliveries. All with an excellent quality/price ratio. A special mention to Daria, the designer who worked with me: super helpful, attentive to my needs, and truly skilled at turning my ideas into a concrete result. The 4 stars are due to a problem with a supplier: the sofa arrived with the wrong part. Biancorosso immediately offered to replace it at no additional cost, but unfortunately, the correct part arrived after about 4 months. I understand that the timing depended on the supplier and not on them directly, but since they are the point of contact for the customer, I believe that it is precisely in the management of these aspects that we can improve. That said, I absolutely recommend Biancorosso: convenient, competent service and a formula that I find truly intelligent!
Rebecca helped us when we first moved into our new built. My partner and I had very different taste but her design merged our two requests. We both love the design. After design stage, she also communicated well about the shipping, delivery and assembly. She was really lovely to work with. And we love our house! We highly recommend.
Great service and products. Rebecca followed us from the design to the delivery and assembly phase. She was always available, very professional, and she gave us great suggestions. She found suppliers that matched our taste, and suggested interesting color combinations that we would have not considered otherwise. We are very happy with the final result, and we saved so much time from using Biancorosso Design to select the products, order them, deliver and assemble everything.
