We relied on Biancorosso to customize our living room (a newly renovated apartment). Serena assisted us from the very beginning with great patience and kindness, and was always available to answer any questions. I truly appreciated her proactivity in providing input and setting up regular contact points to discuss the project's progress. Her contribution was crucial in defining the lighting, which we finally completed after four long months! I also want to highlight the excellent after-sales service: Chiara and Carlotta have so far demonstrated great attention and care for the customer, always providing timely and thorough responses. They even handled a small issue with a purchased item with precision, and were also very helpful in arranging flexible delivery of part of the order (the logistics were also extremely fast). We were satisfied with the overall experience, highly recommended. :)
Rebecca helped us when we first moved into our new built. My partner and I had very different taste but her design merged our two requests. We both love the design. After design stage, she also communicated well about the shipping, delivery and assembly. She was really lovely to work with. And we love our house! We highly recommend.
Great service and products. Rebecca followed us from the design to the delivery and assembly phase. She was always available, very professional, and she gave us great suggestions. She found suppliers that matched our taste, and suggested interesting color combinations that we would have not considered otherwise.
