TERRIBLE!! I contacted them for a quote regarding my terrace. They responded days later, asking for photos, and then they never got back to me. I contacted them again, but there was no response. How serious is this? I'll definitely hire a PROFESSIONAL company.
An exceptionally skilled job done in my garden. The residence is already renowned for its wisteria throughout the building at Via Cosseria 9 in Turin. Now, the interior garden of my apartment is also there. I don't intend to cover it so everyone can enjoy its beauty. I recommend looking out from dusk to 11:00 PM, when the lights positioned on the ground frame the beauty of the plants. A truly evocative beauty. My compliments once again to the entire team at Ginkgo Giardini and the staff at Aldo Chiappini, the electrician.
We relied on Ginkgo to enhance a garden we weren't entirely satisfied with, and we're so glad we did! From the design stage, their ideas immediately convinced us, and the execution not only lived up to our expectations, but actually exceeded them. We recommend them to anyone looking to completely renovate their outdoor space. Thank you!
They designed our outdoor space over the course of two years. We created a paved terrace, a lawn, a mixed hedge, two herbaceous flowerbeds at the entrance, a custom planter border, a pergola, and an irrigation system that uses rainwater harvesting. We were immediately impressed by their professionalism, expertise, thoroughness, kindness, and availability. Their assistance is ongoing and guaranteed even after the job is completed. They fulfilled our every wish. Highly recommended!
