Our meeting was a chance encounter; I knew nothing about them. I called them to my house where I have a small garden. From the first moment, I had the feeling and perception that I was speaking to professionals, a very rare thing these days; snake oil salesmen dominate. Well, I was right; they were reliable, competent, and very well organized, thanks also to excellent coordination. All of this helped realize the project I wanted, just how I wanted it, with all their valuable suggestions. No further words are needed: anyone who wants to get their hands on a garden, a terrace... will find in the Ginkgo team a concrete opportunity to make their dream come true! Cristiana

Paolo and Martina were very professional, with beautiful presentations and excellent communication. The project involved creating a "cottage garden" within a small space currently used as a lawn of about 44 square meters, with a walkway suitable for me, who is in a wheelchair, and large basins. The estimated cost was approximately €10,000.00. The initial plans, beautifully presented and rich in information, were nevertheless a bit far from my expectations; they looked more like a flowered terrace. After some adjustments, the final design was finalized in the third release, and shortly thereafter the estimate arrived. The version closest to my expectations was more than double what I had available. Unfortunately, I had to abandon the project, which certainly would have been carried out with care and professionalism, but was beyond my budget. ---------------------- Added after seeing the response The purpose of my review was to share my experience as a 1% who was unable to complete the project. Yes, you told me the project was of interest to you, just as I said I wouldn't ask for further quotes. I confirmed the kindness and professionalism, saying that the initial estimates didn't satisfy me, but that a solution had been found. As for the quotes, things didn't add up, and I went to check if I'd made a mistake. If I had, I would have corrected them. I have three that include a fixed price for pots, supplies, and plant installation, combined with the prices of three different types of flooring: 1 - with bamboo flooring for a total of just over €22,000.00 (VAT included) 2 - with stoneware flooring for a total of just over €21,000.008 (VAT included) 3 - with gravelfix flooring for a total of just under €19,000.00 (VAT included) We could then play around with deductions or reduced VAT to reduce the costs a bit. Since I had a much lower budget, I specified that unfortunately I had to abandon the project. ---------------------- I feel like I've written a sincere review, without pointing fingers at anyone; I've emphasized that my budget wasn't sufficient. At this point, I'll offer constructive criticism by also providing estimates. When a client makes a request and gives me a maximum budget, having been doing my job for a long time, I can determine whether the work can be done or not before even collating the costs. I let the client know this to determine whether the project can be completed with us. It wouldn't make sense to propose a quote that was out of reach. I understand that calculating the price of vases is difficult in advance, but in this profession, perhaps you should have a rough idea of the cost. Offering a client such a high estimate will inevitably result in them not being able to make it happen.

We relied on Ginkgo to enhance a garden we weren't entirely satisfied with, and we're so glad we did! From the design stage, their ideas immediately convinced us, and the execution not only lived up to our expectations, but actually exceeded them. We recommend them to anyone looking to completely renovate their outdoor space. Thank you!

They designed our outdoor space over the course of two years. We created a paved terrace, a lawn, a mixed hedge, two herbaceous flowerbeds at the entrance, a custom planter border, a pergola, and an irrigation system that uses rainwater harvesting. We were immediately impressed by their professionalism, expertise, thoroughness, kindness, and availability. Their assistance is ongoing and guaranteed even after the job is completed. They fulfilled our every wish. Highly recommended!
