I should point out that, as the seller, I wasn't able to choose the notary in Viterale; it was the buyer's responsibility. That said, I must say I was very pleased with the service; he's very knowledgeable. I was selling my apartment to someone who lives abroad and doesn't speak Italian. The notary handled everything excellently and even had to work hard to reassure me, given my fears and doubts about completing this sale. Although it was a bit unusual for me, the notary in Viterale handled it very well. Thank you for everything.
