We turned to this firm for the purchase of an apartment and were extremely satisfied. There were some paperwork issues, but the notary and his team handled everything with great skill and professionalism, resolving every obstacle with precision. They guided us step by step, explaining every detail clearly and allowing us to complete the purchase with complete peace of mind. A serious, reliable, and highly knowledgeable firm.

I requested a quote for a real estate division. I sent the property details as requested, but received no response. I sent a second email, to which they responded with an apology and said they were working on a plan suited to my very simple situation. More emails and more days passed without a response. That's fine, have a good life.

I'm giving one star because zero isn't possible. I understand, strictly speaking, that you can't always know every law, especially since laws change and are updated. But this is an excuse for a free citizen like me, NOT for a notary's office. In addition to the lack of professionalism, there was a complete lack of empathy and humility in questioning the issue after the solution was even suggested but refused to be accepted. Perhaps a lot of time was wasted on designing a beautifully designed office, leaving little time for anything else. Absolutely not recommended.
