Buying experience with Suprimm in Turin. Debora was professional and thorough. Two viewings of the apartment and a chat at the Suprimm office to finalize a price to offer the seller. We reached an agreement, and the deed was signed yesterday without a single hitch and to everyone's satisfaction. Just over a month from the first viewing to the transfer of ownership. I couldn't be more satisfied.

I wanted to thank the Suprimm team for being professional, prompt, and very helpful. They assisted us throughout and were also incredibly supportive. Walter was exceptional for us, and I highly recommend him for his efficiency and communication skills.

Voglio essere il più obiettivo possibile nella mia recensione, ma voglio anche essere sincero. Ho acquistato un appartamento tramite Suprimm e, sebbene Cesare sia stato molto gentile e reattivo nelle comunicazioni, e abbia anche fatto un paio di cose molto carine, ciò non compensa in alcun modo il fatto che questo sia stato senza dubbio il peggior processo di acquisto di una casa che abbia mai vissuto. Alla fine ho dovuto rivolgermi a un avvocato per risolvere una serie di problemi. In realtà sto ancora affrontando questioni irrisolte. Ho chiesto che alcune cose fossero incluse nel progetto. Mi sono state addebitate, ma quando ho fatto l'ispezione non ne era stata inclusa nessuna. Quando ho chiesto spiegazioni, inizialmente mi è stato fatto credere che le avessi richieste troppo tardi (anche se, ironia della sorte, non troppo tardi per essere addebitate). Ho dovuto mostrare loro la comunicazione che dimostrava che avevo richiesto queste cose all'inizio del processo. Non mi è stato nemmeno offerto di detrarre le spese. Il mio avvocato mi ha detto di detrarle e basta. A causa dei ritardi ho dovuto spendere alcune migliaia di euro per l'alloggio e il deposito e mi è stato offerto solo di non farmi addebitare alcune cose. Sono stato io a pagare Suprimm per la negoziazione, ma non ho mai avuto la sensazione che stessero davvero lavorando nel mio interesse. Alla fine ho dovuto smettere di comunicare con Suprimm perché ero stanco di sentirmi dire che dovevo parlare con l'appaltatore dei numerosi problemi che sto ancora affrontando anche dopo l'acquisto dell'appartamento.

A great and professional agent at Torino. In my opinion, Suprimm can provide more beautiful and smart apartments. I had closed my deal with Mr. Walter, a handsome and patient gentleman here! Most importantly, his English is fluent, which saves me with poor Italian 😂
