Professionalism, prompt completion, effective results, courtesy, and easy communication. I've consulted with Surveyor Lattanzi on two occasions and have been very satisfied with the results each time.
A serious and reliable professional. Fair prices and prompt service. During the renovation, I entrusted him with all the paperwork, including CILA, DOCFA, energy certification, interior design, material selection, and construction management. I will definitely rely on him for future projects. Recommended!
Excellent professional firm. I wanted to remortgage my mortgage, and surveyor Lattanzi fixed all the irregularities, submitting the paperwork to the municipality, the land registry, and the energy performance certificate. Fair pricing and prompt. Recommended.
