Agento Gruppo Immobiliare - Ag.1

Serious, professional, and very helpful. They sold my property very quickly, guiding me step by step through the process. Highly recommended.

I used Agento to sell my property, and they assisted me from the first day until the final deed. I thank Alessio, Giulia, and Salvatore for their professionalism and dedication. I highly recommend this agency.

I had a property to sell and entrusted Agento with the task. They handled both the sale and the documentation required for the property's certification with extreme professionalism. Everything went quickly and satisfactorily. I recommend this agency for both selling and buying a property because, unlike many others, they thoroughly examine the property's documentation, ensuring there are no unexpected issues during the closing process.

Kind and professional. After almost a year of searching for the right property, I came across their office on Via Carlo Capelli. They never made me doubt their integrity and professionalism, unlike their colleagues at other agencies. They never crossed that fine line where commercial practice turns into professional misconduct. I would definitely recommend them; you can trust them. They are good people as well as meticulous and reliable professionals.

I was very pleased with both the owner and his assistants. The property inspections were thorough and exhaustive. They provided me with every single necessary document, and after the initial viewing and the owners' acceptance of the offer, I paid their fees. I subsequently needed to do two more inspections, and although I knew it would be a waste of their time, they made themselves available even at very short notice to meet my needs. Thank you, Alessio, and thanks to the entire team. In a few days, we'll be moving forward with zero problems and a smooth transition. Based on my experience with many other agencies, this is far from a given.
