From the first meeting, I found professionalism, organization, and great respect. They produced a very detailed photoshoot and showcased the property to its full potential. The listing was effectively promoted on the main platforms, with excellent results in terms of visibility and contact. The sale was completed in a timely manner (from September/October to February) and, most importantly, under the conditions I had agreed upon from the beginning. I had a price I wasn't willing to go below, and I was never pressured to lower it. This was crucial for me: I felt listened to and protected. We communicated regularly throughout the process, with clear updates on reports, views, and requests received. Even after the sale, they proved to be precise and correct in their procedures.
