Simply an excellent experience. The Marangoni Real Estate Agency can be summed up as kind and professional. Special thanks to Simone, who handled the entire process, from the viewing to the contact for the offer, any changes, and the signing of the contract, all in just three weeks. I had been looking for an apartment to rent since October 2025; the only flaw was not having learned about the agency earlier. I recommend them to everyone, and we'll meet again in the future, perhaps for a purchase this time. Thank you.

Paola and Giulia are very passionate about their work and seem to be just bringing the most curated houses to the market. They helped me as an expat a lot with clarifying the process of buying an apartment in Torino and are closely connected to the purchase. Paola and her team have been absolutely amazing. Being someone who is not Italian, Paola and team were able to describe all the things I needed to do, but also supported me in conducting a lot of the administrative work. I can not think of a real estate agent that is better than Paola. I teach real estate evaluation at Politecnico di Torino and I always ask Paola her precious point of view on how the theory is put in practice in her everyday job, and how she manage to practice it in the most beautiful (her stunning office is a mirror of her personality and professional style) and up-to-date way. One sign of Paola’s quality as estate agent is that she replies to your emails, answer your phone calls and send you any information you ask for straight away (plus information you didn’t even ask for, but she sends it to you because she is thinking of you). If you’ve already viewed a property, for instance, and want to go see it again, she will help you and she can instantly recommend any property in her portfolio that will suit you down to the ground. Basically, she is there for you whenever you need it. Plus, given that 90% of property transactions happen online nowadays, she owns a very easy-to-surf and pleasantly-designed website and a terrific social media presence. This means she has more contacts and she is more likely to be able to find you what you’re looking for. I am addicted to the video she posts on Instagram and Youtube! They are just a genius way that let you avoid the extra stress to go and book an appointment (and visit a home you won’t buy or rent anyway), and allows Paola to present the property at its best, arranging lights and forniture in a nice way. Not to mention the fact that (and that is a special message I want to give to my students approaching the real estate from the offer-side) she is young woman, owner of her company, serious, professional with official accreditation. Paola is from Turin and took the family business to another level: she knows the local area, the market and the incredibly complicated Italian legal framework. She also knows how best to deal with your specific needs as a foreign buyer or seller. Not so common in Italy, she speaks both English (indeed she teaches in English during her contribution to my course) and Italian. I was searching for a home to buy some years ago, and I know it is invaluable to find an agent like Paola who can take care of the whole sales or rental process for you. Eventually: my review for Paola needs five more stars!!

Paola is a very good real estate supporter in Turin, especially for foreign people. She is always responding in a quick way, finding solutions to your problems. Creating a time for your issues and also even giving advise for other areas you might have needs for the life in Turin. She is creating creating a real longterm relationship with her customers. She understands quickly the profile of the customers and suggesting her advices on an objective way in line with the needs. You can really rely on her.
