I had to cancel my appointment to rent an apartment due to sickness; unfortunately due to doing the responsible thing by cancelling the appointment, Paolo then called me the previous day to the appointment to tell me the apartment had been rented. This was extremely unsettling because I had said that if someone else was interested to tell me and I would do what I could to get to the office and do the proposal but he did not honor this. Very disappointed and extremely unprofessional from his part.
