I could write a review of all the positive aspects I experienced during the recent move (punctuality, precision, cleanliness, respect, kindness, thoroughness... added value dictated by the fact that things were fixed and others were assembled, without explicit request!), but I'll instead focus on one thing that struck me positively: seven people who were close-knit, cohesive, united, and kind to each other. There's a lot of talk about "teamwork," "empathy," "emotional intelligence, and the power of kindness," when in reality, that's often not the case. On the contrary, what I witnessed was an orchestra that was not only technically well-matched but also possessed a desire to be together, especially in a physically demanding context like a move. This is a sign that behind it all there's certainly a culture, a spirit, a set of shared values that, in the end, resonate with the client.
I can only give it a well-deserved 5 stars! The staff were professional, kind, and efficient! I also appreciated the cleanliness and the attention to detail in handling my personal belongings. Finally, thanks to the owner Angela, who immediately responded to my every request with kindness and empathy. For a future move, I'll definitely know who to contact!
