Fabrizio, a fantastic person. I had a problem with the cameras in my office. A couple of days later, he came to the company to fix the problem. The intervention was effective; in half an hour, he fixed the problem and also provided unsolicited but essential advice. I asked for a quote over the phone, and they couldn't quantify the cost because they needed to inspect the equipment, but the price was absolutely competitive.
