This company made our dream of new windows and doors come true, offering truly incredible value for money. From the moment the representative came to describe the company, its products, and materials, to take measurements and provide a quote, we knew we had chosen the right company. The work was done with extreme precision and speed. The quality is top notch. The guys who came to install all our windows and doors were truly skilled, friendly, kind, and discreet. Good products, but I didn't have a good experience with customer service and installation: initially, they installed the wrong way round from what was specified in the technician's instructions, then rushed to install, silicone was applied everywhere as shown in the photos, there were drafts, a strip that I believe was missing, the finish was imperfect, and dust was left everywhere. I believe the issues were partially resolved after numerous calls. They said the installation was done expertly. The photos show the current situation after the two interventions. The review was changed after they called me numerous times, including from a number not associated with the company, and I was informed that the review was passed on to a lawyer because it was inaccurate.
Terrible is an understatement: competitive prices, but terrible products and installation. Poorly assembled window frames, foam stuck to glass and walls, dust and dirt scattered around, damaged walls with cracks and chipped corners, poorly glued frames, and countless other problems I won't list. I requested a service to fix the damage they caused, but over a month later, still nothing. Excellent marketing, but very poor products, service, and installation... meanwhile, they took my money. Their motto is "We are the highest quality window and door company."...judge for yourself by the photos.
