They installed my windows in early February. The two guys, both named Andrea, did an excellent job, tidying everything up after the job and leaving it as they found it. They explained to me perfectly how to use and clean the windows properly. Now I can enjoy my beautiful windows and my mountains. Thank you!

Good products, but I didn't have a good experience with customer service and installation: initially, they installed the wrong way round from what was specified in the technician's instructions, then rushed to install, silicone was applied everywhere as shown in the photos, there were drafts, a strip that I believe was missing, the finish was imperfect, and dust was left everywhere. I believe the issues were partially resolved after numerous calls. They said the installation was done expertly. The photos show the current situation after the two interventions. The review was changed after they called me numerous times, including from a number not associated with the company, and I was informed that the review was passed on to a lawyer because it was inaccurate.
