Very irresponsible and incompetent people work in this company. They take money but don't solve problems. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!!
Completely unqualified staff. After the "repair," the equipment is in worse condition than before. The prices are outrageous, they're rude, insolent, and flatly refuse to do any repairs. Avoid this place.
We contacted a service center to repair the coffee machine. 30€ just to fix the problem + 24€ for spare parts. The technician was gluing something, and ended up gluing the front part of the case, very sloppy work. The coffee machine still didn't work, so we gave it to another technician. We had to order new spare parts. Think very carefully before you contact them for any equipment repairs. We are upset.
I waited a month for the service technician. He arrived, found that one of the refrigerator parts was not working. He promised to order it, and when asked how long I would have to wait, he did not specifically answer. 3 months passed, I was already starting to worry, I called the technician. He replied that he had not ordered anything, did not know anything, no defects were found. When I called him to come again, he replied that his back hurt and he would not be going out. Result = 0.
