Completely unqualified staff. After the "repair," the equipment is in worse condition than before. The prices are outrageous, they're rude, insolent, and flatly refuse to do any repairs. Avoid this place.
We had our coffee machine repaired by a repair shop. It cost €30 just to fix the problem, plus €24 for parts. The repairman was gluing something together and ended up damaging the front of the machine—very sloppy work. The coffee machine still didn't work, so we sent it to another repair shop. We had to order new parts. Think twice before you go to them for any appliance repairs. We're disappointed.
I waited a month for the service technician. He arrived, found that one of the refrigerator parts was not working. He promised to order it, and when asked how long I would have to wait, he did not specifically answer. 3 months passed, I was already starting to worry, I called the technician. He replied that he had not ordered anything, did not know anything, no defects were found. When I called him to come again, he replied that his back hurt and he would not be going out. Result = 0.
