Sergey is a wonderful technician. He fixed our refrigerator under warranty. He understood that we really needed it in working order and worked until 11:15 PM. He only left once he was sure everything was working, no vibrations, etc. We even chatted afterward and found some mutual friends. I highly recommend him!
Hold a device for more than a month just for checking the issue and did not inform about the progress of checking. Very slow and unprofessional service. Not recommend to use this service.
