RU/LV I ordered a 6-meter balcony in early September. I waited for weeks for the surveyor, but until I called and reminded them, no one was going to come. Okay, okay. Then I waited for a call with a price and timeline quote. I waited two weeks, and no one was going to call until I called and reminded them. I arrived, signed the agreement, and paid immediately. I also asked about the measurements to make sure everything was correct, as the amount was large. They assured me everything was fine. In December, the windows finally arrived, but it turned out the surveyor had made a mistake – the dimensions were wrong, the windows wouldn't fit, and other problems arose because the calculations were for a different window position. I had to reorder everything and wait (this is just what the skilled workers told me; no one from the company itself contacted me or tried to make any suggestions about the situation). Well, as per tradition, the December-January holidays are coming up, so I'll probably wait until spring (and the wooden frame has already been screwed onto the loggia, so it will sit there and absorb moisture...) I had a good experience 10 years ago with the same company, but now I have no choice but to warn others about this experience and, perhaps, contact the consumer protection service. I'm sorry, I'm not going to buy a 6-meter loggia this September. I'm not going to buy a 6-meter loggia, but I'm not going to buy a 6-meter loggia, so I'll have to wait until spring. Well, I'm fine. I'm going to buy a 6-meter loggia for a price and a note. Gaidīju divas nedēļas, neviens negrasījās zvanīt, kamēr pats nepiezvanīju un neatgādināju. Atbraucu, parakstījos un uzreiz samaksāju. Tajā pašā laikā jautāju par mērījumiem, vai viss ir pareizi, jo summa bija liela. Mani apliecināja, ka viss ir kārtībā. Decembrī beidzot atnāca logi, un izrādījās, ka mērītājs ir kļūdījies - izmēri nepareizi, logi neder + citas problēmas sakarā ar to, ka aprēķins bija citam logu novietojumam. Jāpasūta viss no jauna un jāgaida (tas tikai no parastu darbinieku vārdiem; neviens no paša uzņēmuma ar mani tā arī nesazinājās un nemēģināja izteikt ieteikumus par situāciju). Nu pēc tradīcijas tagad būs decembra-janvāra brīvdienas, visticamāk tā arī gaidīšu līdz pavasarim (un koka karkass priekš stiklošanai jau uzskrūvēts lodžijai, stāvēs un savāks mitrumu...) Man bija laba pieredze ar šo pašu uzņēmumu pirms 10 gadiem, bet tagad nekas cits neatliek, kā brīdināt citus par šo pieredzi un, iespējams, vērsties patērētāju tiesību aizsardzības dienestā.
