I dropped off a rug. It was a long time ago (Soviet-era, my mom bought it for me). We didn't believe it could be given a second life, but the guys did. They picked it up themselves and brought it back wrapped in plastic and smelling fresh and clean. They cleaned it perfectly. I highly recommend them!

When I dropped off my rug, I honestly didn't expect them to do such a good job. I had three rugs. One was from a wall hanging that had been there for 20 years, and the other was a child's rug, a three-year-old kid at that. And of course, it had been peed on by a dog, not just once or twice! I called and explained, and the guys were humorous and understanding, confidently telling me my situation was not uncommon. I received the rugs rolled up in plastic, with almost no chemical smell; they literally smelled fresh and were completely dry. The job was two days late, but they warned me, so it didn't bother me. All the rugs were unrecognizable. One stain wasn't completely removed, but they were 90% spotless. I highly recommend them!
The store was cleaned out, the tiles are like new now, the wax works wonders. The price was great.
