They're only interested in you until the moment you hand over the money. They'll tell you everything, joke around, make offers, but... once the doors are paid for... that's it. It's your problem that the door frames haven't arrived for three weeks. It's your problem that they're installed crookedly. And overall, the post-purchase service is nonsensical; she's even started to grit her teeth.
I ordered double-glazed windows from them a few years ago, in the spring, when they were still called "BAULAIN." The first frost caused everything to warp. I tried calling for days. Finally, I went in person. Imagine my surprise when the receptionist (the same one who took my order a few months ago) announced they were a different company and didn't owe me anything. Several years have passed, but the bitter taste remains. Plus, the money was wasted, so I had to go with another company. The windows they installed were unlivable! Stay away from them!
