This was my first time using this dry cleaner and I'm very pleased. I cleaned my synthetic blankets, they cleaned them very well, and the staff was friendly.

I've been using their service for years. Sometimes they'd return my clothes in good condition, sometimes they'd clean them so-so. But one thing remains constant: the service. Rude. Always. I called to ask if they could iron my suit for an event. Instead of a proper response at the start of the conversation, they simply said "hello." No company name, no hello. I was the only one saying hello. I asked if they provided this service, and they said yes, but not in one day. I explained that we'd pick up the suit from the seamstress on Friday, and the event was on Monday. "And when should we iron it? We're human, we want to relax too." I said fine, okay, no big deal, and was about to end the conversation when they started asking me what time the event was, where, etc. If you know you can't take the job, then why all these questions? They also complained, "You're giving the seamstress a lot of time, but we need to get it done in one day." The whole time, the operator's tone implied that she was a queen and shouldn't bother with such trivial matters. I kindly ask that you train your employees in proper communication. We don't have a dry cleaning monopoly in our city like we used to. Customer service shouldn't feel like a handout.

As an English-speaking tourist I found it very easy to leave dirty clothes here in the morning and pick them up again in the afternoon clean and dry.

This is just awful!!! DISGUSTING!!!! To take advantage of the lack of competition and then do such a terrible job... I'm speechless, it's outrageous!!! I dropped off a wool coat for dry cleaning (dirty sleeves, lint, and wool), and they told me to come back in a week. Okay, my husband went and picked it up without checking. I opened it at home, and all the dirt that was there was still there. I went to find out what the problem was. They told me, "Oh, we didn't notice, we just rolled it with a lint roller and that's it." So, they told me to come back on Wednesday. I picked it up today, checked it right away, and NOTHING HAS CHANGED!!!!!! I'm outraged by the fact that they couldn't just say upfront, "We can't do it, it's too complicated, we don't know how," etc.
