The furniture store is my mistake. My daughter gave me a white dresser as a gift. We waited a long time for it, and I kept asking when the order would arrive. Apparently, to get rid of me, they assembled it because it was defective and said I could come over. My husband picked it up and the workers loaded it. When we inspected it, it was completely defective. On the shelf lid... We went back and showed the product to the owner. He said not to worry, he'd come to your house and fix everything. But the situation is still there. A piece of the shelf edge came off the lid, and I can't pull it out, so the lids are stuck in my hands. Three weeks ago, I went to the store, they gave me a number, and I called. They promised to look into it. They've been looking into it for over a year now. What should I do to get the owner of the Sim-Sim furniture store to respond to their defective order?
I love the Sim-Sim store! I love the selection and variety of furniture! The service from salespeople ALLA and Tatyana is wonderful! I like the manager of the Sim-Sim store, Sergei! He's strict but fair! I wish health and prosperity to the entire Sim-Sim team!!! Fate has sent me to live and work in Germany! But every time I come to my hometown of Daugavpils, I stop by the Sim-Sim store to see what's on offer, recharge my batteries, and buy furniture!
