The secretary was very rude, but it's bearable. I went with my neighbor to sign a land division agreement that another lawyer had drafted for me. The notary rewrote it and said it would be better that way. I trusted her, but then it turned out I'd signed a power of attorney for my neighbor to divide the land as he saw fit. Luckily, I realized this in time and managed to revoke the power of attorney. It was an unpleasant experience.
The notary's secretary is very rude to clients, a very unpleasant woman, the norms of decency are not respected at all. There is nothing bad to say about the notary himself.
The notary didn't read the contract and insisted she was right. When she did, she silently rewrote the petition, but didn't admit her mistake out loud. Her assistant was incredibly rude to the elderly man. Soviet style service. Stay away if possible.

I've never seen such disrespect for people!!! I don't recommend this establishment to anyone! If you're friends, you'll be treated with cloying affection, and everything will be allowed—copying, skipping the line. But if you're just a regular person, you can sit there for hours, and no one will come to you, even though they know you're waiting your turn. The secretary walks past you repeatedly with a disgruntled look and pretends to be very busy!!! Of course, I read some bad reviews and didn't believe them, but now I've seen it for myself!
