The store is in a good location but the area is relatively small for this type of business. The staff is diligent and accommodating but returning the product was a big waste of time. This process has not been worked out. Otherwise everything is ok. No negatives.
Terrible! I didn't like this company! We waited 10 days for one wretched can of mosaic plaster, and it still wasn't delivered on time. We were counting on the scheduled delivery time, but it all went down the drain. Edited: After the review, I believe they called back, and the plaster was finally found, but we couldn't pick it up on time (the salesperson promised to wait until 6:00 PM, even though the business day ends at 5:30 PM, but they were busy anyway). The rating has been downgraded because they could have at least given us some notice. It's just so inhumane: "Come on over, we found it!" sounds like it was done just to get the review removed. Overall, the store isn't bad, but when ordering, if they tell you your order will be delivered within "this" time, add a couple of days to that "this" time to be on the safe side.
