Some times they treat you properly, some times so so.
I've been often in this branch during my staying in Daugavpils and always felt welcomed and served well from the staff and the cashiers at the check out. Many younger staff are able to speak English and they were willing to take me to the correct section and try to conversate. You can always use photos and translators as knowing fews sentences in Latvian or Russian, it is a respectful way to honour people. Be resourceful, respectful and patient.
Newer seen such harrasin staff. Woman fell down because of hot weather, but they just worried only about her mask that wasn't on the face anymore, because of breathing difficulties. What they did- just push that poor woman out of the shop. Shocking!! What's wrong with you people!!!
Outstanding! Amazing Customer Service! Every single employee (and I talked to about 10 of them) was super helpful with sizes, or color, or to find the right product, explained how the product works, etc. They take their time to make sure I found exactly what I wanted. Very knowledgeable! That's why I went there multiple times, and will come back again. Huge variety of product and different range of prices. As a single mom I really appreciate the extra step employees take to help their customers. Definitely recommend.
