I don't recommend it. The company profits from residents by locking them into long-term loans, constantly inventing new projects, even though it's been analyzed over time that in some cases, votes don't carry weight. Bills have increased, and the terms and conditions are now in the interests of the company and its close associates, not the residents. Given the current situation, projects that were supposed to reduce service costs have actually increased. I don't trust this company.
