A very unpleasant experience. Our neighbor's company once removed trees from his property for free. When we approached the company with a similar situation, a new project manager had already appeared, and the attitude was completely different. Almost 3,000 EUR was suddenly demanded for similar work. In addition, a landscape design service was offered for about 2,500 EUR, so that a specialist would come and tell us where to leave the trees on my property. To be honest, such an offer seemed absurd and completely inappropriate for our needs. Initially, it was explained that the reason for the high costs was the birch trees. When the birch trees were cut down at our expense, we repeatedly asked if the company would be interested in collecting the timber. We never received a clear answer. The biggest problem was communication. The questions were answered evasively or not at all. Even after several reminders, it was impossible to get a simple "yes" or "no". As a result, we have been waiting for a concrete answer since November of last year, but it is now June. If the company does not want to do the work or accept the trees, that is completely understandable. However, customers deserve clear and timely communication, not months of waiting and ignoring. After this experience, I got the impression that the customer's time is not particularly valued here. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it.
