I hope this message finds you well. I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent visit, as I believe it can help improve your customer service experience. During my visit, I was initially assisted by a young gentleman with glasses who was extremely helpful with my purchase and definitely deserves a 5/5 star rating for his outstanding service. However, my experience at the till with Eva P. (Employee ID: 289) was quite disappointing. I found her service to be rather rude when I was instructed to simply "go outside and wait." After waiting for 30 minutes without any further communication or guidance, I decided to request a refund. Unfortunately, I was informed that store policy does not allow refunds, even if the item was not received. I was again told to wait outside without any specific location provided. After an additional 30 minutes, I was finally approached again by the same young gentleman who had assisted me earlier, and he offered his help, for which I was grateful. It was a shame I didn’t catch his name, as he truly made a positive impact on my experience. While I would be inclined to leave a negative review based on this experience, I recognize that a rating of 1 star feels too low considering the positive interaction I had with the first staff member. It's closed for rebuilding until 2025. It was the best shop in area but then downgraded. I hope the best of reopening.
Staff are excellent after checking my UK QR and id let me into the store as I am English the lady in the store helped me find what i needed then passed me into another guy in the building materials section and he got everything i needed from there both staff spoke English and were so helpful thanks
