It's a good dry cleaner, but there's one drawback: they don't send any reminders when clothes are cleaned and ready to be picked up. So I waited a month for a notice or a call to pick up my coat, but it never happened. I went myself, and it turns out no one was supposed to call. This is a serious flaw in their service—please fix it.
