When I bought an air conditioner from them with installation, they sang one song, when you need to come and check why the air conditioner is leaking, there are only promises. When we agreed on a specific day when the technician would come, of course the technician did not come and did not even call when the technician would not be there. It has been almost two months and they do not seem to have any news. They promised to call back when they can come, but the technician does not call until you start calling again. In short, when you need to sell the product to the customer, they will bring everything on a tray that needs to be repaired or fixed, you can no longer get it in your hand. They do not respect their customers. I do not recommend.
If something happened or you need large household appliances - come straight here!! I quickly received a bracket for the air conditioner, a heat-resistant lamp for the oven, and as a gift - a powder for cleaning the washing machine!!! Thank you!!!
A little too high on price for just cutting off old rubber sealing and glueing in a new one in 10min. Otherwise, they know what they're doing.
