Don't buy insurance from them. We had an accident with our apartment, and we called the broker for advice because they didn't explain what to do (we bought the insurance over the phone). We insured our car with this company, so we thought it was the right thing to do. So, Dina told us she'd call back. She did, a month later. But it was about the insurance expiring. And when we asked about the accident (30 days had passed), she said she couldn't remember who to call, even though we'd sent her the information...
