A manager who only knows how to make money, does not work for the good of people and the people at all, the emergency service does not park, does not answer, transfers to another number, where they will not even pick up and in the end they hang up, the drains and sewers cannot be cleaned for 8 months. When there will be a big rain or the 2024 floods in Jelgava, what will they say? Of course, we did everything, but what did they do? Nothing. So maybe we should start making money from people and keep track of our properties and listen to the elders.

The emergency service really doesn't seem like a "24/7" anymore. The employees could be much kinder, they always seem dissatisfied. From experience, I have realized that they don't want to do anything, but they like to collect money! And when I ask for help, their answer is - you need to look for a specialist, interestingly, what are they even for?

I don't know about the rest, but I didn't expect such a kind and accommodating employee in the legal department. It's a pity that I didn't find out her last name, I would recommend her to the management for some kind of incentive award, for her excellent work with clients.

The opinion of the residents of the houses is not important. If a house has accumulated savings, it is quickly implemented in stupid projects. When you object, they shut you up with a text that you, the taxpayer, are nothing in this city and will not achieve anything. Even though the manager has been managing the houses for decades, they dare to reproach at meetings that the house is run down because the residents have not done anything themselves. So interesting, where all the management fees have been mismanaged. It is difficult to cooperate with an institution that wants to extract money from every purchase and not do the work honestly and plan elementary management measures. The thing about apartments with debts is that the city leaders are not interested in old houses, but in those where the residents themselves could decide and buy them back, an auction is held quietly and without anyone knowing and the city lords buy the apartments for the value of the debt. Since you can not write anything here and not make a peep, they will also delete it and nothing will be changed.
