This was an absolutely stress-free experience, in which I could fully rely on the expertise of a specialist. Līga Ansone took on the entire process and completed it in a very short time. I was able to devote my thoughts and time to other things, while Līga provided full management of the process. She determined the optimal market price, organized photography of the apartment, placed advertisements and looked for buyers. I did not have to waste time resolving issues regarding taking over the apartment from tenants, negotiating with lawyers, appraisers or preparing various contracts and PNA acts – she independently organized and coordinated everything between all parties. Līga is characterized by a great attitude – she is very responsive, smiling and professional in communication. I wholeheartedly recommend Līga Ansone to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable real estate agent!
