In Jelgava, they've eliminated the street cleaners and taken over street cleaning. So where is it? I haven't seen a single crew during this time, and even after the storm, they didn't clean anything. They're only cleaning near the city hall, and not even everywhere. The rest of the streets are covered in trash and branches; they're doing nothing.
At Pumpura Street 5, KULK employees often do not pick up the garbage left at the containers that was stuck in the riser, due to the shamelessness of local residents, specialists were called to clean it, which is now put in bags and has started to stink and flies are flying. KULK employees are too LAZY to look at what is in those bags.
Sidewalks need to be cleared all year round. There's a lot of broken glass and tires. Will you repair them for me?
