They quickly repaired my coffee machine. Before that, I had a dishwasher, it wasn't broken, the technician explained where the problem was at home. I am very satisfied with the service and can recommend this technician.
He's a good master, at least that's what it sounded like on the phone. Unfortunately, for some reason, he didn't make it to the master's. He doesn't pick up the phone, doesn't call back. He's looking for another master.
Initially, I had low hopes, as the repairman seemed responsive and willing to solve the problems with my refrigerator. However, this moment of hope quickly faded as the situation deteriorated. Attempts to contact them by phone and text were met with silence. It was painfully clear that what seemed like a reliable option had turned into a challenge to communicate. Due to a lack of communication and accountability, Jānis was written off. Their initial responsiveness turned out to be a facade, and their subsequent disappearance left me with an unresolved problem and a sour taste in my mouth.
The master doesn't respect other people. He's an hour late and only then calls back saying he'll be later. I couldn't wait any longer. Then Jānis promised he'd come in the evening or tomorrow, but he never called again.
