At approximately 11.00am, I came to the store to return or exchange some items which I bought yesterday ( 03/06/2025). I had my receipt and nicely asked for assistance. The desk clerk went and got the manager. When she arrived the first worlds were very rude: "what do you want?", and when I explained what I wanted she became ballistic. " What do you think we are? We are not a garbage dump, we are The business. Yesterday you bought and today you want to dump it here". In the store were other customers who were in shock like me. She continues: " Maybe in your country Russia has different laws, but in my Latvia the laws are different" I told her that I have no clue about Russia's law. I was born and lived in Latvija for many years and at last almost 40 I live in the US and I'm traveling a lot and never expense such a service. In the US I was General Manager for more than 25 years in a big hospitality business and we had different situations almost every day, but the staff had never ever been so rude to the customers. A few years ago, I retired and bought an apartment in Jurmala for pleasure, but my experience today did not give me one. I found this behavior to be rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and it made my experience very disappointing. I would like to request an apology, investigation or maybe another resolution. By the way, the positive side is the selection of the items and all sales personnel are perfect. Sincerely, Kim Slavinski
Local DIY store. Although small and crammed, but with great variety to cover pretty much any basic household need.
Compat (not very big) but with all minimum products for home, gardening and reconstruction. Stuff is professional, I also saw ukranian lady working (respect to owners🤝🏻), good parking spot and location is also very good (at the city centre, Dubulti). I must admit, shop is absolutly unfriendly for special needs, entrance is made imposible to enter in wheelchair or with special stroller, also shop has no lift to shop on a second floor. Same time, if you call up someone from stuff ar the parking side door, I am sure You would have all posible help. Pay by cash or card, better to buy client card (3€) and spoil yourself with discount 😁
