- they cancelled on me 5 hours before the scheduled cleaning (they found someone afterwards); - the cleaning was done awfully; - they were late; - they didn’t clean what I asked for, and cleaned what I asked NOT to clean; - they ruined a bathroom cabinet; - the walls were clean before they came and dirty after they left; - and most importantly they washed off the disinfectant from baseboards that I told them NOT TO TOUCH under any condition. Then they said “it’s not our responsibility because the person we sent is from our partner company”. 1/10 customer service 1/10 cleaning Do not recommend

I highly recommend it! My sofa had lost its appearance over the years; it had coffee, wine, and lemonade stains, and the smell left much to be desired. I was considering buying a new one, but friends recommended this company. They came, did the dry cleaning, and restored the sofa to its original appearance. Now it's like new!
