It took a very long time, they didn't clean it, but they took less money, though)....There was no feedback... Disgusting.
I dropped off my coat for dry cleaning on August 30, 2024. They greeted me well at first. They started registering the service and gave me a soft receipt. They started registering the service on the computer, but it froze. I suggested waiting or restarting the computer; I had time to wait. They told me they had the receipt: "Your coat won't disappear. We send you a text message when it's time to pick it up." Still haven't received a text message. I returned later that day and asked for the service description sheet, the one they print on the computer. They told me they don't send that kind of information by email. How can that be? Their computer is down, and I have a problem. Maybe I'm just lucky? But I still haven't seen the coat. I'll go there in person and raise the issue. Very disappointing! I bought this coat last year. It's very beautiful, barely worn, and of good quality. I treasure it. Before taking it to the dry cleaner, I researched the best place. I read reviews. And then... I went. The coat was waiting for me there. But the work was poorly done. I left it with them to clean what they didn't finish.
you know, great service! They can pick up the laundry and return it in 2-3 days. Many thanks to Igor for his attentiveness. In season, you need to understand that it will take a little more time. I recommend returning the laundry to Emase.
I'm so happy! We got those horrible stains out of the kids' mattress pads. There was tea, yogurt, soup, and markers... I thought it was impossible 😱 I've attached before and after photos.
