I happened to be in a house where the company's employees had been doing a general cleaning the day before. On the surface, everything looked good, but upon closer inspection, there was a spider web hanging from the main door, the ventilation hatch cover had only been cleaned from the "visible" side, and many other little things that spoiled the impression of the company.
