We purchased a Panasonic unit from Rikon 7 years ago, and our experience to this day has been nothing but positive. The unit works flawlessly, is very energy efficient, and has proven its reliability in the long term. The Rikon team provided a high level of service from day one: before installation, we received a detailed assembly diagram and clear technical requirements, which significantly facilitated the construction of the heating unit. Any issues were resolved quickly and professionally after that as well. Maintenance every 2 years has always been carried out accurately, quickly, and without unnecessary worries. Rikon's attitude in a warranty situation should be especially praised: they helped to completely solve a complex defect that was difficult to identify and exchanged the boiler for a new one. From my side, I only had to cover the costs of dismantling and assembly, attracting my own master. Such an approach creates confidence in the professionalism and integrity of the company. You can always find a common language with Rikon specialists - they are responsive, experienced, and result-oriented. Of course, like everyone else, they need to be supported and reminded of themselves from time to time if you want the result to be faster — I believe they have a lot of requests, and outside of working hours, they are probably bombarded no less. I highly recommend Rikon for long-term cooperation and quality service!

This company was the only one that was not just about selling the equipment, but about making sure the equipment would serve the user and really fit the parameters of the living space.
