I have used Santa Terjokhina's services several times. Correct, clear, businesslike attitude, nothing superfluous. Exact adherence to the reception time and timely notification of changes. Don't use this notary, she's completely incompetent. In 2007, she issued a power of attorney from my mother, where she didn't indicate my personal identification number. A month ago, I went to see her for a consultation, showed all the documents, and she didn't say a word about my personal identification number!!!! It was missing an apostille from America, about my mother's divorce, I waited a month for it, received it + a new power of attorney also with an apostille from my mother, where my personal identification number is indicated. Now she said that her power of attorney is invalid 😂😂😂, and the new power of attorney is missing a lawyer's seal, although she didn't ask for a new power of attorney. I was with her for a consultation a month ago, didn't I????? SHE SEEN ALL THE PAPERWORK!!! Take away her license, rude attitude towards people, no respect. REMOVE INCOMPETITED PEOPLE FROM GOVERNMENT POLICY!!!! It's been 3 months already.
