Terrible customer service. I called three times. The first time, they asked me to call back in a week. The second time, they asked me to call back early next month. The third time, they said they had my number written down and would call back within a day, and two weeks have passed. The fourth time, they didn't pick up or call back. The fifth time, I decided to write all the questions I had in a message, but it ended up being marked as read, and still no response. They're simply ignoring me. If I could give them a negative rating, I would. Disgusting.
