The master is good at communication - two stars for that, but overall a steal. The invoice for the VAT payer without VAT for the tire is 98 EUR (I found 105 with VAT on the internet, so without VAT 82.95 EUR). The invoice for the wheel nut is 4.7 EUR without VAT, on the internet 1.84 EUR. Car evacuation (without a special vehicle) 6km away cost 50 EUR. In total, I overpaid 121.46 EUR for the parts, taking into account the retail prices for the parts, because VAT is included twice. Since car services have contracts with wholesalers, I probably lost even more. They refused to send estimates for the parts. And the evacuation is also overpriced. Overall, I do not recommend this service. :)
Yesterday, I was careless enough to stop by for an oil change at 5:00 PM (this information is for the clumsy guy who changed my oil). Such a simple task, and it went wrong. Today, I went to the car, opened the hood, pulled out the dipstick, and found that the oil was overfilled and leaking from the underbody bolt. I hope women give you the same treatment you gave them for doing that minor job of changing the oil. I wanted to tell them over the phone, but for some reason, my number on your engine block is missing. Today, the service center called me out, claiming to be the owner. Instead of fixing their current mistake, I'll repeat it again, they accused me of being threatening in a reply. A professional worker shouldn't make such stupid mistakes, overfilling the oil and then letting the customer go with nothing. My conclusion is that this service center is sabotaging the engine. Unfortunately, the owner is your man [read above the collapse towards him].

Very helpful and professional service. We had tire pressure warning with our car and they checked the tire in question immediately and thoroughly on a saturday morning without an appointment when we arrived at the shop.
