I did not imagine that bedbugs could be removed from my house even in my worst nightmares, but suddenly it was a reality worthy of a horror movie. I started looking for information and realized that fighting with my own hands in the style of "folk methods" with essential oils and the power of thought - can only increase the problem, so I immediately started looking for a disinfestation service provider. After evaluating all the companies, I chose KPK and at no point did I regret it, so I can recommend it to everyone 1000%. Professionals, excellent communication, explained everything, told everyone. I was most afraid of the chemistry - will there be a smell, what will happen to the floors, wallpaper, etc. etc. There was a panic - what to cover, what to do with food, what to do with shoes and winter jackets, etc., but it all turned out to be unnecessary, because nothing was damaged. The chemistry did not smell at all, which I perceived with great relief. I did the recommended 2 treatments and hope that the uninvited guests will not return to my apartment again... but if they do, at least I now know where to turn for help! THANK YOU again for saving my Christmas from the "grinches"!

This year you have the same problem! When I went to you, I was told that it is nature and the preparation works for 14 days, that there is a possibility that it will be necessary to repeat, so as not to exceed the chemical operating mode, to apply it one more time, so that the problem does not develop again, because the active season of ants has begun! You did not listen to the advice of a professional, you exceeded 14 days (when the chemical, the preparation no longer works) and now you are starting to file a complaint!!! The service was provided on 12.05., not a single word, not a single message, after 14 days, that the problem still exists!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After 54 days you give a message that there is a problem!!! What are you complaining and accusing about now????? Now you ask to come fix something!!! I don't want to come to you, because I remember the last time you agreed on a price, on a service! When you go to you, you start haggling and lowering the price, that's when I feel like I've gone to Central Market...''The address is fixed,, - this means that no one will be sent to perform a service to this address!!!
