A completely useless company. The appraisal seems ready, but the signature has to come from some "ghost boss" who no one can ever reach. The bank needs his signature—and in the end, everything is stuck, deadlines are looming, and they just shrug their shoulders. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone if time and reliability are important to you.
Quite a bad experience with this company. We were forced to pay twice for the appraisal simply because we ourselves did not have in-depth knowledge of the appraisal process. The consultant, of course, did not mention that a private house requires two appraisals. As a result, time was lost and the final amount was changed.
Bad experience with this company. Had to revise the apartment appraisal three times, and each time had to wait another day for the signature of the so-called boss, who apparently doesn't even look at what he's signing.
Weak and uninviting website. No visible person (name, surname, photo, certificate number) who performs, for example, real estate valuation. Too bad, cooperation will not happen...
