Edgars is by far the best agent that I've talked to in Riga. The first apartment that he proposed to me was perfect so we managed to sign the contract the day after contacting him! As an expat who just arrived to Riga, I was relieved of this stress as Edgars took care of everything. Thank you Edgars, you are a great person!
Edgard Priede - unprofessional, disgusting attitude to clients, a Racist. Avoid this person at any cost. His behaviour will be reported. Read other reviews and you will see many negative feedbacks particularly on this person. He doesn't know how to communicate to other people. Disgusting.
Dear City Real, I wanted to get in touch to say a very big and much deserved thank you to Dinars Naglis for all his hard work with my property. My sale proved to be more challenging for both him and I then we expected. And I truly believe that I was lucky to have Dinars on my side throughout the process with his sound advice and great insight into the Latvian property market.
Their website seems to have some nice apartments but whenever you contact, they are always taken, they never specify about parking which is very important, you specify what you need they don't offer anything, you are asking about specific apartment they say they will check and come back to you and no response. When you look what is available in their website it looks shiny but if you are looking for rental apartment you will probably get no support from them even when you are not looking for something cheap and ready to pay no matter what. And they will refuse to provide any information. Really strange and not professional behaviour. Maybe things would be different if you are looking a real estate to buy but contacting them for a rental is probably the worst experience you will have.
They do have good options for apartments, but I just can't understand their commission fee. For me, makes no sense to charge the person who is looking for the flat instead of charging the owners of the apartments, once for them its a urge to rent and profit over their real estate, meanwhile, for the person renting there is many options of apartments on the market.
