Architect Martins Balosa, owner of Mk classics SIA, works with clients very unprofessionally. Having fulfilled half of what was agreed upon in the contract and having received a deposit for the project, the work is not completed to the end, he avoids communication with the client and the construction authority that is binding on the project. As a result, we have not received the project agreed upon in the contract, the deadlines have been missed and the project is unusable because it has not been fully developed. We have lost both money and time. I do not recommend cooperation with Martins Balosa to anyone.
