They made the wrong size door, for which we paid 600 euros!!! Very poor service - we chose to have a company representative come to us to measure everything and discuss the details, we wanted to be 100% sure that the door would be made exactly the size of our doorway and we never thought for a moment that the company representative would have to stand next to us with his tape measure and re-measure all the measurements he had taken. We told the representative the exact size we wanted and, starting the measurement, he pointed to the exact same place with his finger, but when the door was finally made, it turned out to be smaller than we agreed on the spot. Of course, pointing out this, “nobody knows anything” and “we should have looked at it ourselves”. The lady who served us on site in the salon was rude and instead of clarifying the situation and apologizing for the situation, she made all sorts of claims that we had done everything wrong ourselves. Perhaps, already at the time we ordered, we should have taken the vulgar attitude of the workers and the aunt towards each other and the blaming of the customers for the fact that someone's door is stuck again and they have to go and adjust it for the first time. In any case, we could have bought a standard door for 200 eur and not ordered a custom-made door for 600 eur if we were still being cheated. Customers - be careful!!!
Does not meet deadlines set by themselves. Promises to call back, but does not call. Does not like small, specific orders. Employees work reluctantly, you get the feeling that things are not going very well. Not the most pleasant cooperation experience.
