They ruined my white jacket and instead of apologizing and offering a solution, they told me to prove it. The jacket had changed color. The service is beyond criticism, they don't even take it or look at what you give to wash, there are employees standing at the entrance who work there and smoke, a cheap corner office.
I couldn't get in for the second time because I arrived on a weekday at 6:15 PM and they were closed (wrong time on the internet). I arrived once on a Saturday at 2:00 PM, and the employee simply didn't open the door for me and another visitor DURING WORKING HOURS!!
They ruined my laundry. They said if something goes wrong, I should go to court! There is no question of any compensation. If you bring your clothes to them to be cleaned, expect the same in case they ruin them!
