Utter incompetence. I came for a paid consultation, but instead I received a stream of rudeness and indifference. I couldn't believe I was in front of a notary. I didn't receive any useful information regarding my issue.
A wonderful notary, we've been going to her exclusively for years! She's always helpful, gives advice, and provides consultation. She helped my sister keep her apartment!
My elderly father in law called for help and the lawyer was very unprofessional and rude on the phone. It’s unfortunate to have someone be so unhelpful to an elderly during these hard times (COVID). My father in law was calling to get help with a POA, a will and other legal matters but didn’t even get a chance to explain.
It feels like the person is incapable of respectful communication. They repeatedly, in an indifferent manner, mixed up my name.
I am very disappointed in the level of service and the way you spoke and dealt with your father who politely and respectfully tried to call and ask one question and before trying he politely asked if you had 1 min. your rude response was "Do you know what time it is? ... rudely replied "I will not do anything for you" You didn't let him finish...What kind of professional customer service was it, if you can call that at all? Even if the call came outside your working hours, you could have simply said "Excuse me, please call during normal working hours" I will not tolerate rude service from people who provide public services !!
