I am very satisfied with the services provided by the office of sworn notary Vineta Novicka. Both the divorce case and all related processes were carried out in an extremely professional, fast and without complications. I especially appreciated the opportunity to settle everything remotely, which made the entire cooperation very smooth. Communication was fast and very responsive. The entire process, including the preparation of a repeated divorce certificate extract, translation into English and Apostille certification, was completed at a high level. A huge plus for the additional services offered – translation of documents and sending them by mail to my address abroad. This made it extremely easy for me to settle matters from abroad. Thank you for such a professional approach! I definitely recommend them! Sincerely, Ēriks
Very unprofessional experience. The notary informed about the significant tax payment (25.5% of the amount/profit) only at the moment of signing the documents. I felt confronted with the fact. I recommend choosing another notary who will respect your time and money by providing information in a timely manner
Sincere thanks , Notary, for the support provided, for your great professional knowledge, for listening to the situation, for being here ...in Liepaja I will always seek help from you ...
Very kind, humane and professional attitude from the notary. Thank you! I recommend!

The power of attorney was issued to me and my cousin, who lives in Latvia. To my surprise, I received information that this had been revoked. And a woman who has no connection to our family has been granted power of attorney. How is this possible? It happened without informing us, the person who granted the power of attorney, and WITHOUT valid documents/ID from my father. The documents are with me in Germany, and my father is currently in a hospice. Furthermore, we/our family have a certificate from his doctor stating that he is mentally incapacitated. The police in Latvia have been notified...
