I'm personally very happy with them. Only grandmothers live in our building. You can't get loans with them, you can't fix the house properly, no one wants to pay anything or can't... We've saved up 26,500 euros since August 2019, with these grandmothers. But apparently that wasn't enough for them and they decided they needed to leave Livonijas Nami, and they started picking on 281 euros in administrative costs for 45 apartments in the building. They're also tired of paying the janitor 165 euros a month for 45 apartments and tired of paying 90 euros for a cleaning lady for 45 apartments. In the future, that means no one will repair the building again. Soon it will collapse. But I don't think this is the fault of the building manager, but of the apartment owners themselves, who don't want to pay for anything, but only whine and cry and stamp their feet. Soon our balconies will fall on everyone's heads. But our grandmothers don't care. Aunt Natasha showed up and decided everything for everyone. They're arranging a lawyer and an employment contract... I'm very sorry about our grandmothers. But personally, I'm very pleased with you. I don't need you to be heard too much; what we had was enough for me. Thank you very much for your work.
